Analyst (junior and senior)
Job description
Analysts leverage their technical knowledge and skills in response to our clients’ various needs and issues. Their tasks include taking part in analysis, writing reports, evaluating the efforts required to carry out mandates, and drawing up bids. Analysts are also responsible for the various tasks laid out in the proposed work plan and can also be asked to help design solutions.
Technical skills and experience
Analysts at STATLOG should hold a graduate degree in one of the following areas:
- Economics, with a specialization in econometrics
- Mathematics or statistics
- Finance or financial engineering
- Epidemiology or biostatistics
- Data science (machine learning)
Analysts must also demonstrate advanced-level knowledge and skills in at least one programming language (Python, R, Java, SAS, Scala, etc.).
