Roles and responsibilities

Recruiting and managing talent are essential to achieve STATLOG’s growth objectives. This is why we are seeking a senior human resources advisor who is experienced and motivated by this professional challenge. The ideal candidate has solid experience in human resource management and will be able to provide strategic and operational advice to contribute to our growth and support the company’s strategic plan.

The HR advisor will play a crucial role in attracting talent, developing competencies and management compensation practices. The responsibilities of the position include:

Organizational and human resources strategy

  • Participate actively as a member of the company’s management committee, providing an HR perspective on strategic decisions
  • Lead a strategic reflection on human resources and the organization and then implement the strategic human resources action plan

Talent acquisition and development

  • Define and implement attraction and acquisition strategies for the expertise and talent required
  • Develop and launch training and professional development programs
  • Participate in the annual assessment of employee contribution and management

Compensation and employee loyalty

  • Manage a competitive and equitable compensation program to attract and motivate employees and foster their loyalty to the company

Advisory role and best HR practices

  • Serve as a business partner, supporting managers and employees on questions related to human resources
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance

Qualifications

  • Diploma in human resources management, business administration or a related field
  • Professional experience of five to eight years in a similar role
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team
  • In-depth knowledge of labour laws and regulations
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools
  • Membership in the Ordre des CRHA an asset
